Hey, social 🦋 butterflies!
SocialPost Media and Marketing was started by me, Shianne Zayas 💅. I started SocialPost in November of 2023 after leaving a start-up company that wasn't prioritizing honesty and client expectations. I saw many things that I did not agree with and advocated against. In less than one year with my previous company, I could not take it anymore. I did what every person says they are going to do…change things. I decided I was going to change the one thing I didn't like about the marketing industry… the lack of honesty.
This industry always felt to me, very gate-keepy. What I mean by that is, that in marketing, there are so many important terms and abbreviations. What if you don't understand all of the acronyms? What if you know all of the definitions but know how to apply the data? That is where I come in! I want to help you understand what marketing is, and how you can use it to successfully SCALE (gatekeepy wording- aka grow) any business or hobby.
